How do I access the member portal for the first time?

If you have not received your login information to the email address we have on file follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the JohnStreetClub.com Home page.
  2. In the upper right hand corner click the grey button entitled "Login".
  3. Select "Forgot Password".
  4. Enter the email address associated with the previous club administration system.
  5. Click "Submit".

If there is an account on file associated with that email address it will send a temporary password to that email address. Your email address is the login name so you will be able to log into your account with your email and temporary password.

If the email address we have on file is incorrect you will need the Club Secretary to amend who can be reached at : secretary@johnstreetclub.com

If the Club Secretary has no record of you on file it's possible that your account has lapsed and has been suspended. If that is the case and you wish to reinstate your account please go to the Join Us page and follow the outlined process for membership reinstatement.
