Previously he was with The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. where he was President of Specialty Insurance, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief Risk Officer and subsequently at Crawford &amp; Co. where he was Global Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice-President.
